Aerial views of Glacial Peaks and Valleys of the Uinta Mountains

From the air, it's easy to see that the Uinta Mountains of Utah were glaciated. These photos show large U-shaped valleys, scoured by the flowing ice, cirques, where the glaciers originated, and aretes, narrow ridges between the cirques.
